Cut Options: Standard Cut Sheet for 1/4's (the butchery takes the entire side of beef and cut/wraps it then equally divides it to both 1/4's. Again 1/2 beef is FULLY Customizable!

What's Next: After purchase, your beef will be put into your name at A&R Meats. They will call you directly to go over cut ad wrap options. You will pay them separately for harvest, cut and wrap. This beef will be ready around the 23rd of December (**Fingers crossed before Christmas).
