Once you purchase here....this beef will go into your name at A&R Butchering in Red Bluff. They will call YOU dirdectly for your CUSTOM cut instructions.

YOU will be responsible for paying for your custom butchering when you pick up from A&R Meats in approx 2 weeks (the end of April). Their fee is $1.60/lb, a small box fee and a kill fee.
