• Our price is based on the hanging weight of the animal, actual pricing won’t be known until the animal is slaughtered.
• We charge $5.99lb of hanging weight, and our butcher charges $1.60 per lb for a total of $7.59 per lb. That price includes custom butcher and wrap. There will also be a small slaughter and boxing fee of around $50 per 1/4 beef.
• Our 1/2 beef average 375 lbs. hanging weight so that comes out to around $2,800 in your freezer. ($12 per pound packaged PRIME beef!)(again, Varies by weight)

How it works: You reserve your 1/2 Beef Share today with a $500.00 deposit. We will go out in the pasture and select the healthiest & fattest steer in the herd. On slaughter day or the very next day we will get ahold of you with your hanging weight and send an invoice for final payment to us. We then put the steer into your name!! We'll have our expert butcher call you directly to go over your preferences and process your beef. They will call you to pickup approx 2 weeks after slaughter. You will pay them for butchering at pickup.
