Perfect way to invest your Tax Return!

• Our price is based on the hanging weight of the animal, actual pricing won’t be known until the animal is slaughtered.
• We charge $5.99lb of hanging weight, and our butcher charges $1.50 per lb for a total of $7.49 per lb. That price includes custom butcher and wrap. There will also be a small slaughter and boxing fee of around $50 per 1/4 beef.
• Our whole beef average 800 lbs. hanging weight so that comes out to around $6000.00 ($12 per pound packaged PRIME beef!) (again, Varies by weight)

Deposits go toward final price.

How it works: You reserve your Whole Beef Share today with a $1,000.00 deposit. We will go out in the pasture and select the healthiest & fattest steer in the herd. On slaughter day or the very next day we will get ahold of you with your hanging weight and send an invoice for final payment to us. We then put the steer into your name!! We'll have our expert butcher call you directly to go over your preferences and process your beef. They will call you to pickup approx 2 weeks after slaughter. You will pay them for butchering at pickup.
