Our half pigs hang around 270 pounds (this will slightly very by each animal). This will yield about 220lbs of Freezer Pork. (Heads and feet not included).


They spend their life on pasture outside of Petaluma until it’s time to finish when they are fed raw milk and brewhouse hops from local breweries.
