HOW IT WORKS!!!
Step 1) You order here. When our butcher date gets close, you will receive an update from us.
Step 2) We haul the animals to a farm in Petaluma whom does the slaughter part. They then take the carcass to Sonoma County Meat Co.
Step 3) Once at SONO Meat Co the beef will hang for approx 2 weeks before custom butchering. During that period SONO Meat Co will call you to go over custom butchering options.
Step 4) When its ready, you will recieve a call from SONO Meat Co. and pick up your freezer ready meat at 35 Sebastopol Avenue, Santa Rosa, Ca 95407.
