Shipping: ALWAYS ships the next immediate Monday-Wednesday!! Beef will arrive fully frozen near mid-end week. SATISFACTION Guaranteed!! 

The 1/8 Beef Share is 45lbs. Your 1/8 Beef Share will require 2-3cu ft of freezer space (think 2-3 milk crates). Each cut is flash frozen, (stays fresh for 12 months), individually vacuum packaged, weighed and labeled.
