Pickup in Sonoma WHOLE Beef Share NON GMO Grain Finished - Deposit

+It is raised from our own herd, on green grass pastures and hills until it is time to come in for a 120 day grain finish. We finish all of our animals on our very own custom blend of wholesome non GMO grain that is made just for us! 

+All of our meat is antibiotic, hormone, chemical and dye free! 

+The deposit goes toward the final cost which will be determined at butcher. Each animal varies slightly in size so we have found that the best way to determine price is charging by hanging/carcass weight when animal is picked up.  

+A WHOLE Beef needs about 16-18 Cubic feet of freezer Space! 

+$6.50 per lb hanging weight  and we use a very skilled butchery that charges $1.69 per lb whom cut and wraps your custom meat and packages it in airtight vacuumed sealed packages to ensure your investment lasts a long time.+

+The total cost will be $8.19 per LB hanging weight plus a small slaughter and dividing charge. 

+A typical Whole beef will hang around 775lbs (varies by animal) and Final Cost will be around $6,000 (again, Varies by weight)

HOW IT WORKS!!!

Step 1) You place your deposit to ensure you receive some of the finest quality beef around!!

Step 2) We haul the animals to a farm in Petaluma whom does the slaughter part. They then take the carcass to Sonoma County Meat Co and call us with the hanging weight. 

Step 3) Once we have the carcass weight Audra will call you with you balance owed to us based on the $6.50 per lb minus your deposit. Once we have settled up Audra then puts the carcass into your name at Sonoma County Meat Co and you take over from there and pay them separately at pickup. You get to go over your custom cut preferences with them directly! For this balance we can accept, Venmo, Apple Pay, Zelle or CC for 3%

Step 4) You pick up your freezer ready meat, paying Sonoma County Meat Co their fee and then take home to enjoy! 35 Sebastopol Avenue, Santa Rosa, Ca 95407.
