How it works: You reserve your 1/8th Beef Share today with a $175 deposit. We will go out in the pasture and select the healthiest & fattest steer in the herd. We then notify you on or before slaughter day to give you a little time to prep your freezer. Approx 2 weeks! Pickup: When beef is done being butchered, we pickup your boxes and arrange a meet up time that works for both of us to get your beef to you.
