This is for a 1/8th Beef Share scheduled to be butchered on September 26th or the last week of November, depending on which date you choose. After harvesting it will hang for approx 2 weeks before cut/wrap and then ready to go home!

This is a deposit toward 1/8th beef, as final price will slightly vary depending on the weight of the animal. Weights slightly vary animal to animal and you’re only paying for what you get.
Our price is $7.10/lb (hanging weight) and Butchering is $1.60/lb hanging weight along with a small slaughter fee. Deposit will go toward final cost which will be around $750 (again depends on weight of the animal).
- approx 10 lbs Steaks (Ribeyes, Newyorks, Top sirloin, skirt etc.)
- approx 17 lbs of roasts (rib roast, chuck roast, brisket etc.)
- approx 8 lbs of other cuts to include korean short ribs, fajita,
- 20-25lbs approx Premium Ground Beef in 1lb packages (chub style).
How it works: You reserve your 1/8 Beef Share today with a $250.00 deposit. We will go out in the pasture and select the healthiest & fattest steer in the herd. On slaughter day or the very next day we will get ahold of you with your hanging weight and send an invoice for final payment to us. On 1/8th beef shares we handle butchering and pickup. We will arrange a time to meet you with your beef or ship to your door.
Pickup: We will contact you to arrange pickup.
Shipping: ALWAYS ships on Monday - Wednesday!! Holidays may be effect this. Beef will arrive fully frozen near mid-end week. SATISFACTION Guaranteed!
